Closed the loop between chapter members reporting issues and the team seeing them — and made tier upgrades surface where they matter.

Pricing simplified + referrals shipped

Rewrote pricing to lead with what you actually buy, and turned on chapter-to-chapter referrals.

  • NewTwo-sided $25 referral credits — both chapters get the discount when the referee pays their first invoice
  • PolishPricing copy now leads with resource ceilings, not member counts (member counts were never enforced)
  • PolishPro tier honest re-pitch — unlimited resources + 24-hour priority email support
  • NewStripe Customer Portal "Change plan" button on /organization-settings
  • InfraStripe Price lookup keys — code now resolves prices by stable name, not volatile IDs

Mobile redesign — auth flow, paywall, intro

Brand chrome unified across the entire mobile signup, sign-in, and paywall surface.

  • NewNew mobile intro screen — three floating product cards, animated entrance, atmospheric brand halo
  • PolishMobile login, signup, join-chapter, create-chapter screens redesigned to match the website chrome
  • PolishPaywall rewritten for App Store 3.1.3(c) compliance — owner manages billing, members get an "ask an officer" path
  • PolishOnboarding carousel reformatted with brand lockup and feature bullets
  • FixMobile keyboard handling fixed — no more gray strips above the keyboard, no more footer flying above the QuickType bar
  • PolishTier-cap errors now surface as friendly upgrade alerts instead of silent failures

Web dashboard feature parity

The web dashboard now does everything the mobile app does, plus a few things only the web is good at.

  • NewHours zone editor with map, drag-to-place, radius slider, type picker, tier-cap aware banner
  • NewAI flyer generator on the web — same engine as mobile, with quota tracking surfaced
  • NewDocuments, bylaws, meeting minutes (audio → PDF), grade reports, and member directory CSV export
  • NewChannel chats with image attachments and signed-URL streaming on the web
  • NewOnboarding flow when a user has no chapter — join with invite code or create a new one
  • NewSignup, forgot-password, reset-password flows fully wired against Supabase auth
