How is GreekLink billed?+
One subscription per chapter. The chapter administrator subscribes on this site and every member gets full access through the app — no per-member purchases, no in-app upgrades.
What happens during the 14-day trial?+
Full access to every feature in your tier. Card required up front, but no charge during the trial. Cancel any time and we won't bill you.
What if my chapter grows past my tier?+
You can upgrade any time from the billing portal. We won't auto-upgrade you mid-cycle — you stay in your current tier until you choose to switch.
How does annual billing work?+
You're billed once per year at the academic-year price (essentially 12 months for the price of 8), then it renews on the same calendar date next year. Treasurers love it because it's a clean line item.
Do you offer discounts for national orgs?+
Yes — if you're buying for 5+ chapters, email us for custom invoicing and a multi-chapter rate.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?+
Any time. Switch happens immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
